The Bill Briner Photo Collection

Bill Briner is a long-time Lake Tahoe resident, businessman and community leader. Briner has held a lifelong interest in in landscape and winter sports photography. During the 1960 Olympic Winter Games, he served as an official photographer for the VIII Olympic Winter Games Organizing Committee.

He has generously made available his extensive collection of historic images of the Winter Games for public displays and local museums. Art quality prints of his most important Olympic images are available at Pablo’s Gallery & Frame Shop and Barifot Mountain Photography in Tahoe City.
